(cestillo)&lt;br /&gt;* 4 lomos de salmon (Varoma)&lt;br /&gt;PREPARACIÓN:&lt;br /&gt;1º,- Pones el agua y la pastilla de caldo en el vaso, pones el cestillo con las papas, y programas 10 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 2.&lt;br /&gt;2º.- Cuando acabe pones el varoma encima de la tapa del Thermomix, y programas 15 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 2&lt;br /&gt;Cuando acabe, comprueba que esta todo echo, si no programa unos minutos mas&lt;br /&gt;NOTA; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_txCVHIZDHp4/SBidA-l-B1I/AAAAAAAAAqM/w3wxThUCgxI/s320/lubina+a+la+naranja+(2).jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Esta receta se a debo a mi cielin &lt;a href="http://misarepitas.blogspot.com/search/label/Productos%20del%20mar"&gt;MARISA&lt;/a&gt;,lo q pasa q empezaron a comer antes de q le hiciese la foto al plato&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;INGREDIENTES&lt;br /&gt;- 2 lomos de Dorada por persona&lt;br /&gt;- 50 grs de mantequilla&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cubiletes de aceite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;- 2 dientes de ajo&lt;br /&gt;- 2 naranjas&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cucharadas de hojas de perejil&lt;br /&gt;- azafrán en hebras&lt;br /&gt;- 1 limón&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cucharadita de maizena&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 cubilete de licor de naranja (yo utilice cointreau)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;ELABORACION:&lt;br /&gt;Se limpian bien los lomos de las doradas y se dejan con la piel. En una sartén se calienta la mitad del aceite y de mantequilla, y se doran los lomos de dorada, cuando esten listos se retiran de la sartén y se reservan.&lt;br /&gt;Introducimos en el vaso de la TH el perejil picadito, el azafrán, el zumo de las naranjas y del limón colados, la maizena, el resto del aceite y la mantequilla.
